Norman Kent

Mr. Kent, a graduate of Hofstra University, is an attorney practicing in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, who specializes in criminal defense and appeals, media law & the First Amendment. He represented Elvy Musikka in her case for medical necessity, allowing her to become one of only 7 remaining legal medical marijuana users who obtain the medicine from the federal government. He himself is a surviving cancer patient who utilized medical marijuana to help him through chemotherapy. Mr. Kent served as Broward County Magistrate and president of the Broward County Criminal Defense Attorney’s Association. Furthermore he has served on the NORML (The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws) for the past 10 years.

Nathaniel McCune

A Pot Warrior from conception, Mr. McCune studied at New York University where he founded and was president of NYU NORML (The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws). He also served as affiliate coordinator for the New York state chapter of NORML. Most recently he founded the Pot Warrior’s Nation and hopes to lead our warriors to the Promised Land.
