Allen St. Pierre Mr. St. Pierre is the new Executive Director of NORML (The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws. He worked his way through the NORML ranks, starting as Communications Director, then Deputy National Director and Executive Director of the NORML Foundation. Educated at the University of Massachusetts ( Amherst) he obtained his BA in Legal Studies. A studious and industrious individual, his face and name will be among the foremost of today’s Pot Warriors. Mikki Norris Ms. Norris was the co-founder, along with her husband Chris Conrad, of the American Hemp Council. Together they also designed exhibits for and curated the Hash Marijuana Hemp Museum in Amsterdam. She created the photography exhibit Human Rights and the Drug War and co-authored its companion books Shattered Lives: Portraits from America’s Drug War and Human Rights and the US Drug War. Ms. Norris is currently working on her newest project, the Cannabis Consumer’s Campaign. Dr. John P. Morgan, MD Dr. Morgan is currently a staff member at the City University of New York Medical School. He studied at University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Syracuse University, Johns Hopkins University & the University of Rochester. He is a member of the Advisory Board for both NORML (The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws) and DPA (The Drug Policy Alliance). He is most well known throughout the marijuana world as the author, along with Dr. Lynn Zimmer, of Marijuana Myths, Marijuana Facts. Chris Conrad Mr. Conrad is one of the world’s leading experts in cannabis. He is the co-founder, along with his wife Mikki Norris, of the American Hemp Council, founder and director of the Business Alliance for Commerce in Hemp, director of the Family Council on Drug Awareness, and art director of Human Rights and the Drug War. He was the state community action coordinator for the petition drive that put Prop. 215 on the ballot. He as authored and co-authored four books: Hemp, Lifeline to the Future, Hemp for Health, Shattered Lives: Portraits from America’s Drug War, and Human Rights and the US Drug War. Christopher Mulligan Born an activist and crusader for the just, Mr. Mulligan was the president and co-founder of Florida State University NORML (The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws), where under his lead they became the most active university chapter in existence, gaining him a place as the youngest member on the NORML board of directors. Since that time he has worked as the Development Coordinator for National NORML and spearheaded a local initiative in Tallahassee, FL to make recreational use of marijuana by responsible adults the lowest law enforcement priority. He currently is in law school at George Washington University and working for DCRNet (The Drug Reform Coordination Network) to repeal the Higher Education Act Drug Provision. This man will emerge as one of the main leaders of tomorrow’s movement. Kyle Kushman Mr. Kushman is a cultivation expert who writes for High Times Magazine. He has lectured and spoken about cultivation methods and techniques the country over including at NORML conferences and at the Seattle Hempfest. Ed Rosenthal Mr. Rosenthal is a, the, human marijuana grow guide. He is the author of Ask Ed which appeared in High Times Magazine for nearly 20 years and now is published in Cannabis Culture. He has consulted with and advised growers internationally. Domestically he consulted with the United States government in the University of Mississippi Marijuana Research Project. He has authored, edited, and published too many books to mention.
